SUMMER SPLASH KOMBUCHA ICED TEA
Kombucha is fermented tea that’s packed with probiotic benefits. We’ve used pineapplepeach kombucha here, but you can use any fruit-flavored “booch” you like. In a large saucepan, bring 6 cups water to a boil. Remove from heat; add 3 black tea bags. Cover; steep 3–5 minutes. Discard tea bags. In a large pitcher, stir tea, 1 cup orange juice and 1 cup lemonade. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Stir in 1 cup pineapple-peach kombucha (such as KeVita). Serve over ice, garnished with mint and lemon slices. Serves 8.
