CU’S LOSS TO USC WAS MOST-WATCHED GAME OF WEEK 5
TYLER KING, THE DENVER GAZETTE
The game’s audience peaked at 10.34 million viewers from 1:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m., according to Fox Sports.
This was the third time in the first five weeks of the season that CU has appeared in Fox’s “Big Noon” time slot, which is a big reason why that slot is the most-watched weekly game with an average of 5.77 viewers each week.
Coach Prime’s Buffs have now drawn over 42 million viewers, nearly 30 million more than the closest team. The next three highest teams (Oregon, USC and Colorado State) are three of CU’s opponents from the first five weeks.
