• Intermountain Health St. Mary’s Regional Hospital

• Intermountain Health Saint Joseph Hospital

• Intermountain Health Platte Valley Hospital

• Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital

• Intermountain Health Good Samaritan Hospital

• Boulder Community Health – Foothills Hospital

Three Colorado hospitals — UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, UCHealth Greeley and Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree — were identified as “not high performing.”
